Just finished week 2 of Spark Solution.
That doesn't mean I'm done with cooking the recipes or the challenge but the initial challenge is over.
I'm waiting to see what's new in the Spark Solution Team. What suggestions they have for continuing the program. I plan to make the recipes. There are still recipes I haven't tried.
• Have you seen or felt any results in this second week?
Lost .2 lbs. Not a big loss but I am happy because I feel good and I have loved the recipes I've made.
Have been very active this week. I'm following a Summer Workout Challenge on YouTube (Jessica Smith) and I was very motivated to workout this week. Each day was a different, new workout.
• What was your favorite meal from this week?
Fish Tacos with Pico de Gallo, Protein Pancakes, Huevos Rancheros
• What is your goal is for next week?
I plan to continue to cook, eat healthy meals, snacks, incorporating spices, veggies, healthy combinations to my daily meals.
I am enjoying cooking more than I have before. I am enjoying the taste and how I feel.
So week 2 was a success. I am excited to continue what I started during this challenge. I want to continue to challenge myself in the coming weeks.
