Things are getting easier - shopping wasn't nearly as daunting, for week 2. I already have a lot of the stuff, and I'm more comfortable with the concepts of portion awareness - not just how much to eat, but of balancing proteins with veggies, fruits and grains (I find myself eating a lot of produce, fresh and frozen). When I'm portioning the proteins and carbs out the right way, my energy picks up. I'm especially feeling it these last couple of days.
