A month and 3 days ago, on mine and my fiance's 11month anniversary. Great way to come home and ruin your partner's portion of the anniversary, huh? Anyway, I was 271 and he was 300lbs. He hated ALL of my exercises. Saying they were STUPID and looked lame - but did them because I had made him join in. We walked, we began watching calories and then gradually sodium, and now we will watch carbs, as well.

It wasn't easy. I hated doing the exercises, but this round of wanting to lose weight came strong. I could never do it before my fiance because I never moved out until my mother was going to kick him out.... They'd buy junk food, cook for all, and let's just say diets never stuck because of lack of support and no one tagging along with me. Although my fiance hates it, he partakes and eats whatever I make. We at times consume less than we should, but it all varies on how hungry we are.....

We're currently a month and 3 days in to the dieting and exercising but it's memorial weekend. Friday we junk-fooded, saturday my parents had a barbeque, and today is monday and we have Brandon's parents' bbq to go to later.

I got depressed because last week my scale had told me that I had lost 8lbs, almost my goal of 10lbs a month. We had 4 more days to go - and then it suddenly said I was 273! (saturday) I was heart-broken! But it quickly went back down to 266 and I can safely say that it was my body adjusting to the fast-food and everything. I can happily, at least, claim I have lost 5lbs in a month. It's something. Sites claimed that the lowest/highest is 8lbs a month as a healthy weight loss, and 12lbs as the absolute highest. Anything over and it will just come back as fast as it was lost. I am hoping to lose 100lbs within a year, or get down to 130lbs most. I want to achieve the summer body I never had, next year.

I will be doing some exercise workouts phone phone aps, youtube, on this site, and other things. I lost 5lbs off of my own exercise program, but my body has become used to it, although I did everything to be sure my body never had a set routine, other than it exercises to some extent every day.....I am determined.....If I can lose 130lbs within a year, everything will be great!
