My coaching challenge for today has been all about goals. There's so much more to all of this than just losing weight. It's really about me living the life that I want, a life of balance that has joy and challenges. Getting healthy for me means:
*Being fit enough to go on missions trips, to serve as a chaplain in any setting where I'm needed.
*Being able to get in and out and paddle my kayak...with ease.
*Being able to ride a zip line...possibly in Costa Rica!
*Running a 5k
