I have been so busy that I have not even had time to keep track of my food daily. I have been still staying on track and since I am keeping track mentally and making sure to eat appropriate portions I did well this week. I did weigh in yesterday and I lost another 1.6 pounds. I have went to the gym several times last week. I am feeling more energy and more motivated as I see the scale going down each week. I can also finally see that I am losing weight. I am mainly losing in my thighs and breasts but I will take it anywhere I can get it.
Yesterday I had a fantastic day. I went with my best friend to Knoebel's amusement park (I love that place and a lot during the summer). We had a blast with the kids. I don't think I have ever laughed so much in my life. I think it is exactly what I needed to help me stay motivated. We got on the haunted house and the big roller coaster, I felt like a kid again. I think I did well there making the right food choices, I got a turkey wrap. I walked a lot more yesterday than what I normally would so I am happy for that to be my exercise for the day.
Today I am hanging out with my husband and kids. We might go to the park today since it's going to be nice out again. I will be able to walk around the nature trail there. Tomorrow it is back to the gym again! I never thought I would be excited to go to the gym so much.
