Goals for this week....

Well today is Monday, day 2 of the week. I re-evaluated and I see where I need to make some changes and improve on me!
This week I want to take two days and hit 15,000 steps on my fitbit! I want to do better than I have been doing! I want to do better on my water drinking and continue to strive forward. I am aiming for 120 oz daily!
