8 Days Tracked

This has been an AWESOME week! I have tracked all my food and exercise and today the gym guy reviewed my nutrition.
He gave me a couple if pointers ... nothing inspirational but it seems to have had a big effect :)
I got home from work at 5:30pm and made my dinner (steak and salad) ... I was starving. 7:30pm I go buy some groceries ... 8pm I go to the gym and do my 45 minute cardio workout. Yuss!!!!
Small change plans for the week:
- I'm really looking forward to having stir fries and omelettes this week as I've been eating loads of salad and I need to mix things up a bit more.
- I'm going to only eat carbs that are in my fruit and veg.
- I'm only going to eat 2 serves of fruit a day.
And I am still LOVE LOVE LOVING the gym!
