This has been an AWESOME week! I have tracked all my food and exercise and today the gym guy reviewed my nutrition.

He gave me a couple if pointers ... nothing inspirational but it seems to have had a big effect :)

I got home from work at 5:30pm and made my dinner (steak and salad) ... I was starving. 7:30pm I go buy some groceries ... 8pm I go to the gym and do my 45 minute cardio workout. Yuss!!!!

Small change plans for the week:
- I'm really looking forward to having stir fries and omelettes this week as I've been eating loads of salad and I need to mix things up a bit more.
- I'm going to only eat carbs that are in my fruit and veg.
- I'm only going to eat 2 serves of fruit a day.

And I am still LOVE LOVE LOVING the gym!

Thanks Adz for the 21 days motivational tip ... I hear you've sparked a bushfire!

    Yayyy! Thanks for the shout out! Bushfire is EXACTLY what it is...I can't believe it! Everyone has been passing it on and I'm seeing blogs about 21-day habits and shout outs to me all over the place haha I love it. Doesn't 21 days just feel so easy, or is it just me?! I'm now on Day 17 of my third cycle of 21 days (so it's Day 59) and I can't believe it! This is the longest I've stayed on track in over a year! I've found something that works for me and clearly for so many others, and I'm so pleased.

I had to start doing stir frys for lunch this week too. Love my salads but definitely also needed to mix it up. My taste buds really thanks me xx
