with sore legs I planned to take it easy today, but crazy me I put salve on my legs and they felt fine so I walked another 9 miles but I did get my free birthday meal from IHOP thank you coupon. My sleep is vastly improved the last two nights and I have a hunch I'll sleep good tonight too. So far my wt hasn't budged from 150 but with all this walking, I'm optimistic that will change sooner than later.
