In the past month, I've shed 15 pounds. It is work to continue to write down all that I eat and my water intake, along with the exercise and especially to Do It. But the reward is well worth it. And my attitude toward getting back in shape is so much better.
I have a goal, a sort of purpose to achieve, that dropped weight will significantly help. It gives me incentive to work with myself as if I'm in an all out battle. And that is why my Dragon's armor is penetrated. It is touched, not dealt a severe blow, but enough, such that I can at least see that I can gain the upper momentum and continue the fight against FAT!
