all week I have walked past cakes, brownies & cookies (even when I had to make them) @ work.
I have been trying to keep sweets & junk food out of the house; my mom brought home dunkin donuts & muffins for breakfast (I looked at it, even smelled it) I did not eat any & walked away from it. Before, I could not resist I would eat until I couldn't stuff anymore in.
I would beat up on myself for days & end up eating more crap.
I hit my 30lbs lost (pretty excited about that) less then 10 more to go 2 hit my half way mark.
