Hitting a plateau is not always negative and it happens to all of us. Just try to stick with it. If you are gaining muscle, you may actually gain weight. Try to look at other things other than the scale--increased energy level, looser clothes, more endurance and strength.
If you are doing well with your food choices, then you can increase your exercise intensity. Otherwise, keep going!
