WE always have this task to do when we are preparing for a new round of BLC that is to set reasonable goals that are attainable in the 12 weeks along with taking a snapshot of ourselves .
Simple : to get toned - lose some body fat and gain better cardio coniditoning and ready
for my big 5K where time & pace is necessary and jog at 12 minute pace ( I am
at about 13minute 30 seconds right now)
How : Strength training 3 times a week at the gym Tues Thursday and Saturday
Jog once a week at the park Wednesday
Do cardio short sessions at the gym of 15 to 2o minutes on Tuesday
Thursday and Saturday.
Depending on work schedule I want ot squeeze in 1 more cardio session of 45 to 60
I have at least 2 5K's coming up before the big one in October hoping to get at least a
3rd one in before then
Measurements : Bust 39" Waist 31" Hips 39"
I am at goal weight Range 135.8 to 144.2 (140 as the goal using 3% of goal weight ) but I would love to get to the 135 mark that way I have wiggle room
