Feeling Motivated!

So, I complained last week about how pitiful my fitness minutes looked. I was gaining all these SparkPoints doing little activities here and there. And that was all good. Seeing my fitness minutes unchanged every single day forced me to get moving. Let me just say, it's very easy to find an excuse not to exercise. Very easy. A few days ago, I had the day off of work and I took a moment to consider what I planned on doing that day. In summation, it was absolutely nothing. I was going eat breakfast, watch tv, maybe catch up on three or so books I'm reading at once. The point is, I decided that I could spare a few minutes of activity in a day filled with nothing! And I did. I got outdoors and ended up doing a 3 mile walk! I was so proud of myself! It was cloudy out and a little drizzly, but I didn't let that deter me. So, I'm inspired now! Of course I didn't actually exercise today. I figured my muscles deserved a chill period. But I'm not slacking off. I'm getting into the swing of fitness at home. Anything that doesn't involve a gym. I can't stand gyms...

    We all go through that with dragging our feet with exercise and then we have a break through. You did it! Good job! emoticon
