I planned to run this morning but 8 kids in the house made that on the impossible list. I did however make it to church and did 3 of the 28 day challenge videos. I have missed a few days so it was nice to do them back to back and catch up. I then thought if I took all the kids to the park I could run and they could play but, that as fairly impossible. I made about 15 minutes into the week 4 c25K and had to stop... it was 700 degrees and I had sweaty toddlers running all over. I came back, gave them a nap and did the Jillian Michaels shred instead.
And eating ?!? I have been eating but realizing my calories are pretty low, one day even just 1,000 calories. It isn't on purpose but life has been so crazy that its hard to get enough food in. I think that may be why I have stalled on weight loss actually, so today I made sure I ate a bit more and I think I went overboard LOL!
Sigh... this is a different phase... will take some time to figure out exercise with 5 kids under 12!!!
