Oh no, not a Big Mac

Last night partied too much and felt it today! Woke up with a craving for a Big Mac, my favorite. It was too early for that so I made some oatmeal. Went to work a couple of hours, came back home and took a nap
When I woke up that craving for a Big Mac was back!
Got in my car and headed to McDonalds and got me a Big Mac and Fries!
Man was it good! No regrets, it had been quite a while and today's food tracker wasn't bad. Went over 200 calories, but my fat and cholesterol was under
So every once in a while it feels good to indulge
I did feel a little bad so I walked an hour and a half, plus a short cardio video emoticon

    Great job! It is absolutely okay to indulge when you normally don't. And 200 calories over every few weeks or so isn't going to harm you! You got this!
