Exercise Blog - day 2 - Sunday 5/26/13

Today's half-hour walk in the rain was less enjoyable than yesterday's, but I'm still glad I did it! Reminded me of a long-ago hike in the woods with the Girl Scouts - but that was about ten miles of hiking in the rain. I was grateful today that once I got home I would be able to change out of all my wet things and be nice and warm and dry - no having to settle into a wet tent after a wet hike! Next time I walk in the rain I'm wearing a longer raincoat ... but my commitment to walking every day is strong. I definitely feel better after I walk.
