Okay, so I've been on this for about 3 weeks. I have lost almost 9 lbs, I have 2 videos by Leslie Sansone. It is great. One is for 2 miles, which is interval boosted walking and the other is strength training using her pink band. It's like a resistance band. emoticon Lots of sweat.
