Well, I've really let slip over the past week or so. I haven't been tracking my food, nor have I been eating particularly well. I also haven't really fit in any exercise, and I've been drinking more too. Yet I still lost half a pound. I think this is because my basal metabolic rate is a lot higher than this website estimates. I have worked all but two days in May so far, and I'm near the end of a 24 day streak, with several double shifts in there. My eating is pretty pooey even on days I try to be good, because I just don't really have time to cook and plan out meals, nor do I really have time to do some serious grocery shopping. I'm pretty exhausted right now because I didn't go to sleep until after 9am. I got in at 5am after work, went to sleep, couldn't because I was wired, and at 6:30 realized I had to do my laundry for my two different jobs today... I guess the only good thing is that even though I thought I would have definitely either gained or stayed the same this week, I lost half a pound. I'm now only 2.5 lbs away from my mini goal two weeks from now, and the shorty shorts I've been trying to get back into now officially fit comfortably again. I dunno. Life gives as it takes I get.
P.S. Little girls are having screaming contests outside my door so I might have to hose them down.
