I am planning on attacking my next goal: learning to run a 5K.

After I return from our vacation, I will be starting to train for a 5K using the Couch to 5K Program.

    I am doing week 2 of a 5k training program starting in the morning.
    I've been walking a 5k regularly on my treadmill.
    If I can do it, you can too.

    I ran/walked my first 5k last year. I no where near ran the whole thing but still beat the time that I thought I would finish it in! It is totally worth it. Good luck! emoticon

    Good for you! It'll be more than worth it! I'm doing the 5k your way rookie running program.. and I loved teh first week! (Its an 8 week training program) So I'm gonna give it a try anyways! :) All the best as you work your way to a 5k!!! emoticon emoticon
