Today I weighed in at 308 lbs. not sure what I was a week ago, because I've been weighing myself daily. I think I had went up to 314.8 or something a week ago. Overall I have lost 14 lbs thus far... I'm trying to be out of the 300s in the next couple of weeks. It feels very possible. I probably would have weighed in a little lighter this morning, but I ate yogurt really late last night (around 4am). I count it as last night because I hadn't been to sleep until around 7am. I'm supposed to workout today. I don't want to.... But I'm going to force myself to. It's not like I have a lot of muscle soreness from yesterday. Plus I'm trying to keep losing, not start stalling or gaining again. So I definitely have to.
