I realize that I haven't done a weekly weigh-in blog in a while. That's because the scale wasn't moving from week to week. Daily fluctuations, yes, but for 3 weeks I sat at 154.8 lbs.
I'm now down to 154 lbs! It's only a -0.8 lbs loss, but I will take it!
I put another star on my weight-loss flowchart and realized that I haven't updated that picture for a while, either! So here it is:
Now I've only got one pound to go before I've lost 40 lbs! I can do it!
I've joined the Sparkteam for Weekly Mini-Challenges in the hopes that I can get some more motivation to keep working towards losing instead of this maintenance mode I seem to have slipped into.
I've also looked at the 30 Day Squat Challenge... Day 1 has you doing 50 squats... It's not hard, just a small set of squats each time I come back from the restroom and I'm already done for the day in pretty short order! By Day 30 I should be able to do 250 squats... We shall see!
