Happy with my nutrition, need to adjust more

I am very pleased that I am eating healthy.

I need to make my portions smaller and keep drinking more water.

I need to get back to a regular exercise program when my pain calms down in my legs and back.

I am so proud that I am continuing to push forward even with the pain and frustration!

  Just keep moving and progress will be made.
Don't try to do too much at one time. Take it slow and easy in the beginning.
