I was hoping to get back to onederland by the end of this month and I have been doing everything I could correctly to get there. I did not gain at all, I have only been losing weight, but it doesn't seem to be a lot of weight loss (this week was only .6 lbs lost).
I began taking diurex to reduce water retention during those ToM's. It helped greatly but that along with this awful rain was preventing me from doing my weekly runs. Although I worked out indoors, I didn't feel like it was enough.
I got new running shoes! I'm super excited about running this week and the week my shoes come in. They don't have laces so it's much easier to just throw them on and go.
This week I went down from 203.8 to 203.2, which is not bad. I was hoping to get back to 199/198 by the end of this month. I'll meet that goal, I'm just not sure how soon.
