Just a thought.

I don't know if anyone else is in the same boat as me. But i've found it actually really hard too start things like this sometimes. So i had a thought about it today and it was that i was looking more and more at spark stuff and if you can't start exercising or completely changing your diet right away just spend like an hour looking through spark blogs and recipes. I think it helps build up and makes you want too make changes more and makes it slightly easier.

    emoticon Sometime I find it hard to get on my treadmill, but I remember how sad I feel if I do not have my treadmill date! Spark On! emoticon
