My Motivation for Today

I did a 10 K this morning on the treadmill. I am feeling pretty good. I am trying to make better food choices.

I need to start a no cake streak. So today is day one of my no cake streak. Let's see how I do. I will only eat virtual cake.

    Good luck on your new streak. I give you credit for you treadmill 10k. That's a lot of treadmill time - I max out at 4 miles; after that I"m bored and my knees hurt. Treadmillinig is not the same as outdoor running/walking. Keep up the good work!
