Well pictures tell a thousand words. I'm adding this blog entry to document my 'before' photo for the BLC 22. I have 'now' a photo of me at my daughter's wedding in October (around 190 pounds) and 'then' a photo of me celebrating my 50th birthday (and 120 pounds lost) in October 2006 (around 125 pounds). So six years later I had managed to gain back almost 70 pounds. No worry- I didn't stop there. By April 1, 2013 I was up to 218 pounds.
Today's weight- 201. Goal weight- 125. (I'm giving myself until April 1, 2014. (93 pounds in 52 weeks or an average of 1.8 pounds a week).
