I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am very happy to report I met my first milestone. I have lost just over 10 pounds. I am not depriving myself so I know it will continue. I decided not to diet, just make healthier choices when possible and move more. The biggest change I made was not drinking calories. I choose water almost exclusively. Hiking and training for a marathon are burning calories and allowing me to splurge on food choices occasionally while still loosing weight.
I feel great and am looking forward to loosing the next 10 pounds. If I do this two more times I should be at my healthy weight.
