I might be a bit of a masochist.

Yesterday, I pushed my way through the push-up challenge. Didn't really want to, and had a serious mental block, but I DID IT ANYWAY - there is no 'try'.

Did a 20 minute Sparkpeople core workout that really didn't seem all that difficult at the time.

And, I also ran about 4 miles.

Today, I have serious aching muscles. And I'm liking it.

Will drink lots more water today. That should help.

    Good for you! Anything with Push Up and Challenge in it sounds dangerous to me.
