Yesterday, I pushed my way through the push-up challenge. Didn't really want to, and had a serious mental block, but I DID IT ANYWAY - there is no 'try'.
Did a 20 minute Sparkpeople core workout that really didn't seem all that difficult at the time.
And, I also ran about 4 miles.
Today, I have serious aching muscles. And I'm liking it.
Will drink lots more water today. That should help.
