I've struggled all winter with my weight and it has consistently gone up. I had a serious coffee and sugar addiction. I knew it was too much coffee and sugar causes inflammation which does all kinds of damage. I knew it was time to make a change but how. Nothing was working.
I happened to catch a Dr. Oz episode on the Clean Gut and a 3 Day Cleanse. All healthy food. It connected and made sense. So I decided to try it. I already had most of the ingredients for the breakfast shake and went shopping for the Probiotics, Multi-enzymes and a few other things. By the time I was finished, it came to $75. I'm sure it would be much less in the USA or for poorer quality brands but I bought what would work for me. And it did. I worked like a charm. I immediately lost 3 lbs and lost the bloating around my stomach and in my abdomen. In the past month, I've lost 6 lbs without counting calories and have lost both my coffee and sugar addictions. I am so pleased!
