Do you get on the scale every day sometimes more than once? Are you disappointed. ? Do you try to beat yesterday's time on the treadmill and are disappointed? Do you check your likes on your page continuously and gauge your progress from other people's responses?. Stop It.

Get up in the morning with a smile on your face. Move your body as much as you can. Eat your favorite healthy food more than your favorite not so healthy.

Learn to love the skin you are in. Learn to live in the moment. Try to find some enjoyment in all that you do. Learn to breathe to let go of stress as soon as you can .

If you are in a bad place going through a bad batch know it will pass. Better days are coming.

Make water your favorite go to drink. Make sleep a priority. Learn to help others and in doing so you will help your self.

While you are busy being healthy and happy a strange transformation will begin. It may take months but you will be toner fitter , stronger, healthier and happier.

While you are busy being healthy success will find you . It will knock on your door to say" Here I am ,Here you are in all your glory. We have made it . Wait till you see what I have in store for you tomorrow. " Success will be ours when we are too busy to notice.
