DH and #1 son will be sailing into town late this afternoon.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my little vaca from my wifely duties
(no, not that! I meant cooking dinner every night!).
My plan was to enjoy green smoothies in place of many meals
and to get to the gym a lot
and to fast an extra day (3 instead of 2)
and to catch up on my sleep and reading.
I fell into an almost nightly movie-with-lottsa-wine habit.
Great fun while it lasted,
I regained the 3 lbs I lost in the last 3 weeks!
That part was not fun.
So, here I go again.....
