2. Follow the menu and track all food.
3. AF today
4. Get S.S. work out in
5. Weigh and measure myself
6. Get ready for tomorrow, when I will do it all again. (Only at mom's for cook out. YIKES!) No excuses, today is still the starting day, only I know she will make me feel bad for starting a "diet" the day before going to her house.
How am I feeling: ANXIETY!! Anxiety about number 3, and thinking that my family will not be willing to change our normal weekly menu of spaghetti, tacos and hamburgs. I hope I do not have to fight with them about this... but I am sure that I will.
Weekly change: This week I am going to swap grains, with whole grains.
