Counting steps: 4600

No wonder my weight loss hit another stop, between 268-270. I downloaded a Pedometer to my iPhone (Runtastic Pedometer) and found I take just over 4600 steps in a typical day at home.
So I notice now how much I sit, after every activity I rest-- a lot!-- by sitting! Put on my makeup sitting. Peel veggies sitting. Sort papers sitting. Pull weeds sitting. A trend.
Taking this in, wearing my phone in an attractive? fanny pack, finding opportunities in my life to slip in a few more steps.
