I have been awake since 5:30 am...pre-inventory stress!
How am I going to combat that? RELAX! I have some workouts planned but I am also going to do an hour and a half of yoga! Om! Just thinking of the yoga relaxes me!
This will be a most relaxing day...yesterday was stressful with community garage sale, housework, sick husband...today is workouts, walks, yoga, gardening, sitting in the warm spring sunshine!
Reboot the system in prep of the upcoming week! Today I complete my third week of using YouTube playlists to organize my workouts...it's working for me! I have Week 4 prepped already!
Weight lost? I don't know, battery died on my scale! Changes to my body? Oh yeah! Stronger, leaner, longer! Om!
