I over ate yesterday

Sunday, May 26, 2013

I knew I was going to overeat on Saturday. My best friend was having a graduation party for her daughter. She just graduated from Bellevue West High school in Bellevue Nebraska. I have been eating well for the last three months and I planned on eating a little extra yesterday.
But in the morning I ate a good breakfast and I had lunch before going. I did eat extra, but I did not make a pig of myself. For breakfast I tried a new idea that I read in the newspaper. A new cook-book is coming out that uses the waffle iron for many items other than waffles. I tried it and made an omelet using the waffle iron. looks like waffles.

While at the party my son got me to go into the bounce house and he took my picture.

I can see a difference in my body from three months ago. I like my picture for a change.
The party started at 1:00 and was suppose to end at 3:00. Anthony and I were having such a good time that he wanted to stay all night. We did not. I needed to go home. We left at about 9:00 PM.

Here is my son on the bench across from my friends house.

Overeating happens to the best of us from time to time. The bouncy house looks like fun!

I really thought that was waffles! Pretty cool. Glad that you and your son had a nice time.

We all overeat sometimes. As long it isn't every day, your all set. Great blog! Handsome son!

Beautiful omlet. I overate without any parties. Just a long walk got me extra hungry.
