Hey I skipped yesterday's walk because

I was dead to the world. Basically I am trying to be a day person when I am not working so we'll see how it goes. So I'll be like a regular person for a bit.
I'm going to try and walk early and then in the evening as well and see how it goes for me. I think I'll start every other day in the mornings and in the evenings 5 times a week as well.
I want to get out there before it gets warm and I'll wear a shirt in the mornings because I'll be too cold and it will protect me from the sun as well. I'm going to go out round 6am so I don't have to hear any guff lol. Plus it will still be cool enough that I probably won't get sun exposure. I should buy some sunscreen anyhow just in case. I want to get in more exercise and movement in my day and I think later on I shall return my Body Fit and just go with the Pedometer like I was going to in the first place. I am not into all the functions on the watch and it seems a bit complex to deal with all the extraneous. I just want steps taken, distance, calories and that's about it!
Plus I am going to track my food and other exercise so I can see where I am needing to improve and step up. I wanted to take the first month and just get used to walking and I think I have done that. Now its time to do better with my food and other exercise.
I've always done well with consuming water/tea to get in that 64oz of liquid so I can keep myself fairly regular and clean inside lol. I need to have breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack but cut down the portion size a bit and I'll be alright. I'm going walking at 6am-7am then I'll come in and do some rest for about 30 minutes and then do aerobics and rest and then shower, have breakfast and do chores. Rest afterwards and then lunch round 1-2pm, somewhere in there. Dinner round 530pm and walking about 645pm-815pm! So I have a plan for the day and I'll do writing, reading and cooking dinner in that area. I need to shop for fruit and vegetables so I have that on hand, plus yoghurt, quinoa and maybe bread? I'll update later to see what I have accomplished!

Okay so its 10am and I walked from 6-7am and rested for a while and from 920-940 I did Boot Camp day 1 which was cardio again. I just wanted to increase energy, strength and get my heart rate up. That was about 80 minutes of exercise so far and I went up and down the stairs at least 7 times already which is a pretty good feeling in your legs so I will count that as movement but I don't track that as exercise minutes. So now I am having cereal with soy milk and cranberries for breakfast and if I can find some other fruit I'll eat it, then its shower time and then I'll do some chores like laundry, vacuuming and cleaning my bathroom and the cat box. Then I am resting by reading and writing~
