Slacked off this week

Sunday, May 26, 2013

Have been sick with a powerful throat infection and shingles pain in the LHS of my body, so I couldn't do any exercise and ate in an untidy way, whatever was in the freezer pre made by me.
No gain no loss and I'm thankful for that, I feel huge. Back to tracking and cooking this week, very difficult to meditate when coughing.
Hope to keep tracking and loosing. Last night i had a lot of chocolate darn, i knew i could stop but I didn't want to.
Better today, i know what brought it on, comforting low cal chocolate hot drinks during the week, recipe for disaster.
Still not well I think I have another week of this, now it's gone down to the chest.
Will plod on.

So sorry you've been unwell, Claudia. Yes, shingles is AWFUL, & so is congestion/coughing. Be very gentle with yourself. Kudos for not gaining!
