i know i have big issues with staying motivated and ive started over on "diets" and goals multiple times over the years. i am determined to stay on track. i will win, my only obstacle is ME

  This IS a journey to "Health & Fitness" and as with all long trips there will be detours and traffic jams but the key is realizing it's a ONE way journey and it's NOT optional. Just keep PRESSING ON!

  watch your self talk. "I'm on a diet" is a real sneaky one. don't be on a diet, be on a plan to get healthy.

    Little changes can change everything.

My advice: Start making small changes and even if you "mess up", just keep going.
Learn how to portion your food and track your food. Find ways to move your body that you love. Make short, medium and long term goals. Never give up!
