This IS a journey to "Health & Fitness" and as with all long trips there will be detours and traffic jams but the key is realizing it's a ONE way journey and it's NOT optional. Just keep PRESSING ON! 1695 days ago
My advice: Start making small changes and even if you "mess up", just keep going. Learn how to portion your food and track your food. Find ways to move your body that you love. Make short, medium and long term goals. Never give up!
