THE CASE AGAINST SOY

Saturday, May 25, 2013

I haven't eaten soy products, (unless it was hidden soy) for about 3 years now...here's why :-

There are many more articles like it on the net...this is why I advocate not eating packaged/tinned goods, as you will likely find soy in some form in the list of ingredients.....

Just trying to keep you informed....

Love & Light my dear friends...

Thanks for posting it, I had no idea it was an anti-nutrient. Another reason to keep hubby on the almond milk!

    Miss you!

Did you know you can make your own almond milk? All you need is a food processor, or even a little nut grinder will do....there are videos on YouTube on how to do it, for those little tips....

Thanks for the info to avoid soy products. My mother told me years ago that soy was used in the making of cardboard. That put me off. Like the other comments I drink almond milk.

Thanks Sylvia. I haven't had soy for quite a
few years as it is not good for hypothyroid.
That takes care of that for me. emoticon

Had no idea soy was so harmful (potentially). Glad I got almond milk the other day and decided against soy. Very informative blog. emoticon
