I have been working on getting 10,000 steps a day this week. I actually did over 10,000 steps 5 of the 7 days in the last week. :) It hasn't always been easy but I am finding it easier every day. I have gotten in 64,313 steps this week!
I have been under in food every day for a while. I actually went over by less than 50 calories today but I figure it is ok since I have been under a lot lately. Hopefully it will keep my metabolism guessing...
