My new fitness crush is BUTI Fitness workouts, and their creator Bizzie Gold. The workouts are a combo of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. They're actually fun and engaging for the whole 40 minutes.
I've been dying for a fun dance workout for forever, and these are pretty awesome. Also, they kick my butt as hard as Jillian Michaels's workouts do.
