My Motivation for Today

I guess I am now in week two of my no cheesecake streak. I have definitely changed the way I eat. My snacks are now fruits and nuts. I don't eat cake. I was considering going out to eat, and am not sure what I want to eat. So I plan on something light.

I am really focused on getting back on track.

    You are definitely on track and doing well. I often order some kind of lean grilled protein and lots of veggies when dining out. Enjoy!

    I am starting a 90 day countdown of healthy eating. I think I have the exercise down pat but am not happy with the way I eat yet. It is improving with fiber and freggies... but not enough protein and often too many carbs or fats (even when they are good ones). 6 weeks to get used to smaller portions and I don't know how long to get "off" sugar. My goal though is just 90 days and then see if I want to take it back. Go no cake!
