Well tomorrow is Sunday, which means it weigh in day again. I wonder how it will go for me,
I was a bad girl this week, I had a binge day at the very beginning of the week and I was just mindless eating again and I have no idea what I ate, or much of it so my tracker is not meeting up with what I did eat for a day or two. So I kicked up my workouts and I hope I may have burned off most of those extra calories, so we will see what happens in the morning. I can admit that I took a sneak peak on the scale earlier this week and things looked good, but as body weight can change about 2 lbs in day I am not sure if I will see a loss or not.
Lets see what else has happened this week?
Big news: I got my spark team up and running we are a small team with 5 members so far, but I am hoping that grows as I keep inviting people, as are other members (I hope). I am trying really hard to make this team a success so please feel free to drop by and check us out. New members always welcome!!
I went to visit my boyfriend and once again that man has inspired another blog (which should be appearing early next week)
Oh yes, I got my first really good lope on my horse at the stable. Wow its a great feeling, but man I can tell you my butt hurt the next day from bouncing in the saddle like that. I need to get a house before I think of buying a horse, but I can admit I really want one.
Hmm there are boats due in this week, so I should be hopping when I am on shift this week, just a couple of shifts though because the floor has to be repaired and we need to close to do that, but that gives me more time to scrapbook and maybe go back down and see the boyfriend again.
I have discovered dried figs. I know it sounds gross but they taste good, and they have stick to your teeth thing that good candy dose only it healthier then candy, its packed with fibre!! Its a good way to sneak it into your diet and we all need it and most of us don't get enough fibre in a day.
I make a bad napper, I came home from work today and I took off my chef jacket opened the window and crawled into bed, I woke up to my cell phone ringing I remember thinking: No No No Bad Boyfriend, waking me up before I buried my head under the pillow and tried to ignore it! no luck he woke up and supper was almost ready so I stayed up and now it 10:40 and I know I should sleep but i am still wide awake, so I am thinking I should just snuggle down with a book.
