Up early for hubby's Amateur Radio test. Wasn't until 9 am, but we had breakfast along the way, and arrived just after 8 am. We were able to get in and he took the test right away. He missed passing by 1 point. If he hadn't changed his answer on one question, he would have passed. But you can take it again right away, so he paid another $15 and was given a new, different test. This one he passed, only missing 2 questions. Yippee! He now has a Ham Radio Operators license, Technicians class.
So instead of going to the Cabela's in Owatonna, we decided to go to a local reloading shop and check on reloading supplies. Then home and went out to the club to do some load testing and trigger time. Mostly overcast today, but temps were okay with a light jacket. Done shooting and home for a supper of hotdogs and buns.
Watching "The Fellowship of the Ring" now after watching the Hobbit earlier this week. Was nice not having to work today and spend a full day with hubby. Will be working Sunday and Monday of the holiday. Hopefully will be easy days with many heading up North for cabins and such.
