At it once again

Well, I've gotten back into walking. I know that's the key for me getting back with the program. I've gone out four days in a row. The first day I took a 15 minute walk while waiting for dd to finish her soccer practice. The second day my neighbor stopped by and agreed to walk with me. Third day was with two neighbors. This morning, I assumed they'd gone out without me, so took off on my own to catch them. Ended up on a long fast walk alone. Got back and net up with neighbors; turns out we'd all gone on solo walks. We took another walk together. :)

I'm moving again! And it needs to become a habit. My big gut and this extra weight are unbearable. I can't stay this way for summer. I won't!

    I find it difficult to just walk the neighborhood by myself. I need inspiration too. I want to start walking some trails..not deep woods trails, rather some off road paths so to speak, but I don't know how to keep it interesting.
    My food is something I can keep interesting but for some reason the walks - not so much. I try to notice things as I walk, such as notice something different or something that has changed from day to day. You are so fortunate to have walking buddies. I'm glad that you do!
    I agree too that WALKING is KEY!
