Started Weight Watchers...again

Saturday, May 25, 2013

I have done weight watchers off and on in the past. I never can really stick to the plan. I work at physician's office where we get catered drug rep lunches (which is just as awesome as it is horrible) and so it's really really hard to count points when the food is constantly unknown. I stumbled across a 3 month planner I bought about 2 years ago but never started. I didn't want to mess up a pretty, clean, organized book when I knew I probably wouldn't stick with it. I had never stuck with it long enough to fill out one of the weekly ones, let alone a 3 month. For some reason last Sunday, I decided I would start. I am going to mess up my pretty little book. It's working. If I go over points, I'm using activity points to get back to an even zero at the end of the day. I use very few of the 49 optional points. So I think it's going well. The scale will tell!

These sites in general are very helpful.

Weight Watchers actually gives you that one for free.

I personally use the 3 month WW tracker they sell at the meetings. I'm better at tracking if I write them down.

If you have excel, both of these trackers are great.
