Those that follow my blogs know that I travel away to work! I am away working nightshift for 3 nights starting last night! I have a hard time exercising when I am away but not this time! I packed my resistance band and printed off some SP exercises for when I do not have Internet access, just finished my workout and now time to get ready for work! Have my food organized too and I am tracking!
Did not lose any weight this week but I am pleased to still be on track, 2 weeks give of this 5% spring challenge already! Looking forward to my 3rd week.
