Couch 2 2K

I have a couple friends who are big into running. About 5 years ago one of them got me started a bit, but I only did it for a while. I did notice that running from the dugout to right field and back was a lot easier by the end of slowpitch season.

Since that time, the running has been nill, and so has slowpitch.

I've heard about Couch to 5K as a good starter program, so I joined the group and added the goal to my Spark plan.

Turns out it takes exactly the correct 20 minutes for me to complete the local lake loop trail, and about 5 minutes to walk there from my house. How perfect is that?

Also doubled as my daily dog walk today, and Watson (the Jack Russell) appreciated the extra distance he got today.
