While I'm losing inches with my exercise and eating plan, I haven't been losing much weight. Got my annual tests back from the doctor yesterday and my cholesterol is normal! My last report three years ago my LDL was too high and the tri-g not much better. After only 6 weeks of working out and monitoring my diet, my LDL is normal and my HDL is excellent. This is good proof why losing weight shouldn't (and can't) be the only reward.
