Short update as I never seem to get around to it. I always forget lol.
Enjoying a lovely four day weekend.
Having just settled from a lot of changes. Moving. New job and moving again, it's time to re-organize.
I've decided this is the perfect weekend to map out chores about the house and un-pack whatever we haven't yet and actually find a place for everything. Look through finances and re-do long term and short term plans. Organize my work plans.
And of course cemen my health and fitness plans. I've finally started using Coach Nicole's 28 day Bootcamp DVD. Each morning and it does break a sweat.
Planning on walking to the subway and home again after work starting next week (instead of taking the bus) and using the stairs instead of the elevator. Not exactly looking forward to the stairs but hopefully it will be a breeze in a month or so. Also doing BLC here on Sparkpeople and plotting to do C25K finally in a week or so (false start a week or so back).
Been keeping up with the exercise and Ayurvedic morning routines but dragging my feet on getting started with the organizing. But it's the second day. Maybe a nap and a snuggle with my honey bear and I'll get the Home part of my organization done. That will be the hardest part I think.
But I got a present for myself. A lovely new workout outfit and I look gorgeous in it. I will take pictures soon.
